Royal Mail Hotel in Dunkeld, Victoria

The proposed development takes place across two sites, where one site accommodates the existing Royal Mail Hotel and its ancillary facilities. The project seeks to remodel the existing facade of the hotel with alterations to internal areas such as reception and kitchen, while proposing to construct 10 new accommodation rooms with consolidated parking facilities, a gymnasium and a tennis court. The adjacent vacant block of land is planned to be developed into a two-storey stand-alone spa and private bathing facility, linked via walkways. Working with Byrne Architecture, our team provided traffic engineering and waste management consulting services through the planning application phase of the project.
