Lilian Cannam Kindergarten

The City of Port Phillip planned to redevelop and extend Lilian Cannam Kindergarten to offer higher functionality, accessibility and condition, while achieving a target licensed capacity of 73 children and 14 staff members (up from 55 children and 10 staff members at any given time). RedSquare Traffic was engaged by the City of Port Phillip to prepare a Transport Impact Assessment (TIA) for the proposed redevelopment and extension at 97 Eastern Road, South Melbourne.
