RedSquare Traffic conducted a comprehensive project for La Trobe University Bundoora, which involved capturing travel mode choice surveys over several days. The surveys were conducted across more than 15 access points to the campus, gathering valuable data on how people commute to and from the university. Origin-destination surveys were also carried out to analyse travel patterns and better understand the flow of people entering and leaving the campus, and to examine influx levels based on the time of arrival. This data collection initiative provided detailed insights into transportation trends at La Trobe University, supporting the university's sustainability goals by informing strategies to optimise transportation choices and reduce the environmental impact of commuting.
