Working with Tetra Tech Coffey, RedSquare Traffic reviewed the existing multi-level basement car park of the Bay Centre and suggested improvements, targeting safety, vulnerable road users and operational efficiency. A series of traffic engineering treatments were recommended that would enhance the user experience of busy car park.
